AS NEEDED PLANNING CONSULTATIONS
Providing the benefit of an expert wedding or event planner without the cost, our planning consultations provide one-on-one as needed support to clients as they travel through the journey of planning their special day.
We recognize not every client needs a complete planning package, making “our as-needed” planning sessions the perfect fit for many!
HOW PLANNING CONSULTATIONS WORK
Maybe you are planning your wedding and you are stuck on one item such as your day-of timeline, or selecting the right vendors. Perhaps you are getting close to your big day and just need some support as you tie up all of the loose ends. Whether you need help throughout the planning process or need a push to make it across the finish line, our expert planners would love to help!
A 1-hour consultation meeting will be scheduled with one of our expert planners. Prior to your meeting, you will be asked to provide a list of topics you would like to discuss. You will also be asked to provide basic information about your event like your event date and venue(s).
The planner will do his/her best to cover as much of your list as is possible during your 1-hour meeting. The planner will inform you prior to your meeting if it appears that your list will go beyond the 1-hour. Your planner may suggest additional sessions if more time is needed.
Following your consultation, the planner will send a follow up email with any resources that were discussed.
COST OF PLANNING CONSULTATIONS
Clients are invited to pay for one or more sessions at a time. While there is no limit on the number of sessions that can be scheduled throughout your planning process, clients do receive a discount if multiple sessions are scheduled and paid for at the same time.
